إن هذا الجزء يتضمن أعدادا كبيرة من المخطوطات القيمة التي تركها العلماء والأدباء، وغالبها نسخ في كردستان بأيدي علماء الدين وطلاب العلوم الدينية، وذلك يرينا أن علماء الكرد والمدارس الدينية والأدباء والشعراء في كردستان كانوا في خدمة الدين والعلم وسهروا الليالي من أجل أن يقدموا نتاج قرائحهم وأفكارهم إلى أمنهم. إن المدارس الدينية كانت إلى أواسط القرن الماضي مراكز إشعاع الفكر الإسلامي النير، الداعي إلى الأخوة والسلام والتعايش والتسامح. وكان علماء الدين جنودا مجهولين في تقديم خدماتهم الجليلة وتحملهم المشاق في سبيل إعداد طلابهم.
