في أحد الأيام يحصل ناصر عازف التشيللو صاحب الأحلام التي لم تتحقق بعد على فرصة لتحقيق كل أحلامه، ومن أجل هذه الفرصة يبتاع تشيللو عتيقا من متجر غامض ينتظر من هم مثله.. من لديهم أحلام وعلى استعداد لفعل أي شيء لتحقيقها، تكون هذه لحظة البداية التي تنقلب فيها حياة ناصر رأسا على عقب، إذ يجد نفسه مهووسا بلحن ساحر قاتل لا يستطيع التوقف عن عزفه أو إكماله، كما يجد أنه سقط ضحية للعنة قديمة بدأت في القرن الثامن عشر في مدينة كريمونا الإيطالية. لعنة يسقط ضحاياها طوال الوقت وبلا توقف، واللعنة الآن أصبحت من نصيب ناصر الذي يخوض صراعا لاهثا مع الزمن، وأمامه خيار من اثنين.. إما أن يكمل اللحن الرهيب على التشيللو وبأي طريقة ممكنة، وأن يتحمل عواقب ما سيحدث لو نجح في فعل ذلك.. وإما أن يفقد كل من يحب.
