ذكريات العائلة السرية أو المحظورة، عن عائلة مكونة من أم وزوجها الذي يتوفى وابنتها اللعوب وزوجها عطيل الغني وابنيها السعيد المصاب بمتلازمة داون والآخر الذي يملك ما يشبه الحاسة السادسة (شعور الحيوانات بالخطر المحدق)، والقصة نراها بعيني هذا الأخير فهو الراوي الذي يقص علينا حكايته .. تنقسم الأسرة إلى فريقين فالأم وابنتها تنضمان إلى حزب الاستقرار والراوي ونسيبه ينتسبان إلى حزب الاستقلال، وهما حزبان يتصارعان سياسيا على حكم البلاد .. في العمل إسقاطات سياسية تؤشر بشكل واضح إلى قذارة العمل السياسي وكيف يتغلغل ضمن الأسرة الواحدة فيفككها ليصبح الانتماء الحزبي أعلى مكانة من الانتماء الأسري في قلب المرء، كل ذلك بأسلوب الكاتب الغرائبي الذي يحير القارئ أن كيف يتخذ موقفا منه ؟ أسلب أم إيجاب ؟ !
