تناول الكتاب في فصوله جانبا من نشأة وحياة سعيد بن جمعة النابودة منذ طفولته وصباه وحتى مرحلة تعليمه في المدرسة الأحمدية، ومن ثم من بدايات العمل في الخمسينيات مرورا بتأسيس مجموعة سعيد ومحمد النابودة، وتلك العلاقة التشجيعية والأبوية له مع المغفور له الشيخ راشد بن سعيد آل مكتوم، والتي أثمرت بناء جيل من رواد العمل الاقتصادي والتجاري في مختلف الميادين، ثم تنتهي الفصول بحوارات عدة مع رفاق سعيد النابودة، أمثال : عبد الله صالح وعبد الغفار حسين وجمعة الماجد وحسن بن الشيخ وعبد الرحمن المطيوعي وغيرهم.
