Overview
يدور محور المسرحية حول صراع الإنسان مع الزمن المتمثل في ثلاثة من البشر يبعثون إلى الحياة بعد نوم يستغرق أكثر من ثلاثة قرون ليجدوا أنفسهم في زمن غير الزمن الذي عاشوا فيه من قبل. وكانت لكل منهم علاقات وصلات اجتماعية تربطهم بالناس والحياة، تلك العلاقات والصلات التي كان كلا منهم يرى فيها معنى حياته وجوهرها. وعندما يستيقظون مرة أخرى يسعى كل منهم ليعيش ويجرد هذه العلاقة الحياتية، لكنهم سرعان ما يدركون بأن هذه العلاقات قد انقضت بمضي الزمن ؛ الأمر الذي يحملهم على الإحساس بالوحدة والغربة في عالم جديد لم يعد عالمهم القديم وبالتالي يفرون سريعا إلى كهفهم مؤثرين موتهم على حياتهم.
