سعدت كثيرا بإقبال الشباب على الطبعة الأولى والتي سارعت على النفاد رغم بساطتها وقد جاوزت المجتمع العماني إلى الوطن العربي بل وبعض شباب المهجر فأعطاني شيئا من الأمل من وجود خيط أفقي واسع في تجاوز مرحلة التطرف إلى مرحلة التعايش والبناء كما سرني العديد من القراءات ومنها نقدية على الكتاب وبما أن العديد من الجوانب جدت في المجتمع العربي والإنساني عموما والعديد من الجدليات المتعلقة بالتطرف طرحت وكتبت حولها في مناسبات وصحف مختلفة ارتأيت أن أضيفها إلى الكتاب في هذه الطبعة، والكتاب عبارة عن مقالات وقراءات وانطباعات لعلها تساهم ولو بصورة بسيطة في رفع التطرف والانتقال إلى الإحياء والبناء تحت ظل التعارف والتعايش والتسامح والمحبة بين البشر جميعا.
