هذا الكتاب لم يولد إلى النورِ بومضة وقت، إنما ولد أعسرا في عالم لا يحالفه، مر بمراحل عديدة بين التردد والتوقف والصعوبة والتحديات والظلام واليأس، ولكنه سرعان ما اشتم رائحة الحياة، وتنفس الأمل، فالموضوع لم يكن محض فكرة يتم تنفيذها فقط ؛ بل بدأ من كوني أرغب في تسليط الضوء على الأعسر وما يحيط به، وأن أنقل تجربتنا لكم كعسر نتعامل مع واقع لا يطابق طبيعتنا وتكويننا، ونواجه الكثير من المشكلات حتى في أبسط التفاصيل التي قد تبدو عادية .. وفي لحظة ما كنت قد صرفت النظر عن الكتابة في هذا الموضوع لأسباب عديدة، منها شحة المعلومات، وصعوبة المادة التي أسعى لجمعها، والوضع الحالي، ولكن الدافع في النهاية يغلب كل الصعاب ليجعلني أخوض كثيرا فيه وأقدمه لكم.
