Overview
تعد ظاهرة المعرب من الظواهر اللغوية التي أولاها علماء اللغة عناية خاصة من لدن الخليل وسيبوبه حتى عصرنا هذا، إذ إن لكل أمة ما تفاخرت به واعتزت به، وهذا حال العرب الذين اعتزوا بلغتهم واشتهروا ببلاغتهم وفصاحتهم، وحافظوا على لغتهم أشد المحافظة، فكانوا يرسلون أبناءهم إلى البادية ليحافظوا على عربية لسانهم، ومع ذلك فقد وجدنا في كلامهم ألفاظا ليست من أصول العربية. وقد اختارت الباحثة موضوع الألفاظ المعربة في معجم (المخصص) لابن سيده، لما هذا المصنف من مكانة بارزة بين مصنفات اللغة.
