كتاب يبحث في أحاديث الأحكام حيث يورد الحديث ويستخرج منه الأحكام الفقهية، وقد رتب الكتاب حسب كتب الفقه وأبوابه، وهو يورد الأحاديث بالسند إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أو إلى الصحابة. وعندما يشرح هو يكتب قال أبو بكر وهي كنيته، ويورد خلال الشرح بعض آراء فقهاء الصحابة وهذه طبعة محققة تحقيقا موسعا ومخرجة الأحاديث.
