يتناول كتاب (استراتيجية مواجهة الأزمة المرورية مع التطبيق على القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة) والذي قام بتأليفه عبد الناصر علي سعيد بوخليل آل علي، موضوع (الأزمة المرورية) الكتاب بحث يوضح لنا فيه الباحث أن لمشكلة المرور مجموعتين من الأسباب، أولاهما هي مجموعة الأسباب الهندسية، وثانيهما هي مجموعة الأسباب السلوكية. ومن ثم يتعين العمل بكل حزم،وبكل موضوعية، لمعالجة تلك الأسباب، بهدف الحد من آثار المشكلة إذا ما كان مبدأ وجودها هو نتاج للعلاقة ثلاثية الأبعاد بين الإنسان، والطريق، والسيارة. لذلك يتناول الباحث بالدراسة استراتيجية مواجهة الأزمة المرورية، وذلك بتحليل المشاكل المرورية، ودور الشرطة في تسير شبكة الطرق وتنظيم الحركة المرورية ثم أساليب المعالجة وأبعادها، ثم عرض البدائل والحلول مع التطبيق.
