تهدف هذه المقاربة إلى إبراز وظيفة النكتة السياسية في المجتمع الجزائري ؛ فالنكتة السياسية تعتبر إحدى أهم الركائز لفهم المجتمعات الإنسانية والاجتماعية وهي تعبر عن الرمزية الثقافية للمجتمع الجزائري من خلال قدرتها للنفاذ إلى الواقع السياسي الجزائري، فهي بذلك ظاهرة ممتدة في الجزائر لأنها تعبر عن ثقافة مغيرة كامنة في الأشياء تقبل التغير أكثر مما تقبله الأفكار وقد عملنا في هذا البحث على إبراز أهم مضامين وأبعاد النكتة السياسية بولاية تلمسان (2007-2009) معبرين من خلال ذلك عن المخزون الثقافي في المجتمع الجزائري الذي لعبت النكتة السياسية دورا كبيرا على إبرازه.
