يحاول الكتاب في هذا الموضوع التطرق لواقع المراة في ظل مبادئ حقوق الإنسان لما تمثله المراة من كيان اجتماعي وذات لا يمكن تجاهلها إبتداء من عملية الخلق سبحانه وتعالى ومرورا بكونها تمثل نصف المجتمع وعاملا أساسيا وركنا لا يمكن أن نستغني عنه في تكوين الاسرة وإنهاء دورها في الحياة السياسية فانه لم يعد من المقبول ان تركن المراة لأداء دورها الاجتماعي والثقافي وإعتقال أو تناسي دورها السياسي وفي مجمل أوجه النشاط السياسي ولم تكن المراة وحدها بل أن المجتمع كله عاش الضياع والقلق والقهر وهي حالة طبيعية إفرزها الإنحراف عن التعاليم والقيم الإلهية وأتباع المناهج الوضعية الفاسدة في التصور والضمير والسلوك والروابط والعلاقات والمعاملات حتى أضحى الفساد حالة سائدة في جميع النظم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتربوية.
