تدور أحداث هذه رواية مقبرة الصدأ للكاتب الهنغاري أندريه فيش والصادرة عن دار المدى حول الذكريات التي خلفتها الحرب العالمية الثانية في نفوس من شهدوها. إن هابتلر بانوش بطل الرواية مازال يذكر القتلي في الميدان والحركات التي قد تحدث بعد موتهم. إن الحرب لا تنتهي بقرارات من أشعلوها فأحيانا تظل آثارها متأججة داخل نفوس من عانوا منها يعيشون في حالة ترقب لا تفلح الموسيقى أو الحياة المدنية الحديثة على محو الذكريات المؤلمة من النفوس. الرواية بترجمة عربية متميزة قام بها المترجم السوري المعروف نافع معلا.
