يأتي هذا الكتاب في ستة فصول وهي على النحو الآتي الفصل الأول وضحت فيه مفهوم الديسلكسيا ونظرياتها ومظاهرها وآليات تشخيصها وبرامج التعليم العلاجي وبعض المشاهير الذين عانوا من الديسلكسيا وحجم مشكلة الديسلكسيا في العالم، وفي الفصل الثاني عرض الدراسات التجريبية في الديسلكسيا، وفي الفصل الثالث تناول أدوات التشخيص والفرز التي يعمل بها في تحديد الطلبة المصابين بالديسلكسيا وفرزهم، وفي الفصل الرابع عرض طريقة تصميم البرنامج العلاجي والتدريبات العلاجية وأساليب تنفيذها، وفي الفصل الخامس تناول عملية التقييم القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج، وفي الفصل السادس عرض دراسة لحالة طالب كان يعاني من الديسلكسيا.
