أكد وزير الأوقاف، فى كتابه، على أن قضية الوعى بالوطن وبمشروعية الدولة الوطنية، وضرورة دعم صمودها، والعمل على رقيها وتقدمها، أحد أهم المرتكزات لصياغة الشخصية السوية، وأحد أهم دعائم الولاء والانتماء للوطن والحفاظ على مقدراته وكل ذرة من ثراه الندى وفى السياق والمناخ الفكرى الصحى لا يحتاج الثابت الراسخ إلى دليل، لكن اختطاف الجماعات المتطرفة للخطاب الدينى ومحاولات احتكارها له ولتفسيراته جعل ما هو فى حكم المسلمات محتاجا إلى التدليل والتأصيل، وكأنه لم يكن أصلا ثابتا.
