بعد تصميم الشعار كأحد وسائل الاتصال البصري الذى يعتمد على الإيجاز فى نقل الفكرة أو الرسالة التى تؤدى الى التثقيف والتوعية لدوره المهم فى محاولة نشر ثقافة موحدة فالتصميم من المجالات الرئيسية للتربية الفنية الذى ينمى الاتصال بالعالم الخارجى للتعبير عن انفعالاته بمدلولات بصرية وغير بصرية لينقل كثيرا من المعانى من خلال لغة الخط واللون وفى ظل التكتلات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التى يمر بها العالم اليوم تصبح وحدة الأمة العربية أمرا ملحا وحتميا يمكن للفن أن يسهم فى ذلك حيث تشكل من خلاله الأفكار والتوجهات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بل إنه يعبر عن ثورات وآلام وطموحات الشعوب اليومية ومحاولة تأكيدها وفرضها على الساحة ونشر ثقافة جديدة توحد وتؤصل الهوية العربية وخاصة إذا اعتمد على مجال التصميم كأحد مجالات التربية الفنية.
