في هذا الكتاب أبيات من الشعر كان الكاتب \"سيعدي الشيرازي\" قد دونها بالفارسية وذكر فيها تجربته الحياتية وخبرته بطبائع البشر وذلك بأسلوب مبتكر زاخر بالصور الشعرية والخيالات ولأهمية هذا الشعر اعتنى \"محمد الفراتي\" بترجمة هذا الشعر إلى العربية من خطأ في الترجمة على أداء المعنى وعلى جمال الأسلوب وروعة السرد وبالتالي ترجم الشعر دون تصرف أو تحريف ونقل النثر الفارسي إلى نثر عربي يتفق في جمال سرده وأسلوبه ونسجه مع الأصل الفارسي.
