\"عزيزة\" كتاب استطاع أن يجسد في عدد رشيق من الصفحات تاريخ نهر عظيم وما ألقاه هذا النهر على ضفافه من بركات فأينع الشجر وأبدع البشر وتحول الحجر إلى صروح تغني لمجد الإنسان ساكن هذه الضفاف على امتداد آلاف السنين فتون وشجون جرفتني وأنا أقرأ هذا الكتاب فكأنني في زورق من سيقان البردي تدفعه مياه النيل في الفيضان فلا يتوقف ولا أريده أن يتوقف من فرط الافتتان بزخم حياة هذا النهر العظيم وما يمنحه من حيوية لضفافه وجزره.
