هذا الكتاب من أكثر الكتب المشوقة والرائعة للمؤلف علي أحمد الجرجاوي، حيث يحكي لنا عن رحلته ... ففي عام 1906 رحل الجرجاوي من مصر إلى اليابان بعد أن باع أرضه في الصعيد ليسدد ثمن رحلته وكان هدف الرحلة هو الدعوة إلى الله سبحانه وإلى دينه الحق، مر برحلته على الكثير من البلاد مثل إيطاليا وتونس والسعودية واليمن ثم الهند وسريلانكا وماليزيا والصين حتى وصل إلى اليابان، فالكتاب من آداب الرحلات وبه معلومات قيمة عن ديننا الحنيف، تم تقديمها بطريقة مبسطة لكن كان لها تأثير كبير على مجموعة كبيرة من الشعب الياباني.
