The study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of work life on the mental image of the organization among employees, \"an applied study on workers in the general staff at Mansoura University.\" The researcher relied on a deliberate sample of workers in the general staff at Mansoura University, amounting to (276) individuals. The researcher used a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the variables of the study. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of the quality of work life and the dimensions of the mental image of the organization at a level of moral significance (0.05) from the point of view of the employees of the general staff at Mansoura University under study.
