يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء مقياس لقياس مستوى سمات الشخصية للأقران الداعمين لزملائهم ذوي صعوبات التعلم من سن (6-9) سنوات، والتحقق من صدقه وثباته واستخراج معاييره تكون المقياس من (٥٠) عبارة موزعة عبارة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد فرعية تتمثل في: (تقديم المساعدة، تكوين الصداقات الاستماع الفعال التعاطف، القبول والاحترام لقوانين الفصل). تم حساب صدق المقياس بعدة طرق منها: صدق المحكمين، وصدق الاتساق الداخلي، وصدق المقارنة الطرفية، كما تم حساب ثبات المقياس بطريقتين هما ألفا كرونباخ وجتمان للتجزئة النصفية، وأكدت النتائج على ارتباط جميع عبارات المقياس بالأبعاد التي اقترحتها الباحثة عند مستوى دلالة (۰٫۰۱)، وارتفاع قيم ثبات المقياس بطريقتي ألفا كرونباخ وجتمان للتجزئة النصفية، حيث بلغت قيم معاملات الثبات (۰,٩٤٧، ۰,۹۰۷) على الترتيب، وبذلك توافرت الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس من حيث الصدق والثبات. وتوصى الباحثة ببناء مقياس بتطبيق المقياس على عينات مختلفة.
