Cis transport integration as a factor of sustainable mobility
The article deals with topical issues of development of integration processes in the field of transportation within the CIS. Currently, both integration and disintegration trends are observed within the CIS. At the same time, the transport and logistics sphere is the key for the realization of the integration potential of any economic association of states. In complex current geopolitical conditions, when regional-bloc cooperation becomes the most promising form of international cooperation, preservation of historically established ties within the CIS is important for the stable development not only of Russia, but also of other member states. The existing strategy of convergence of transport systems to create a common transport space within the CIS requires actualization taking into account new geopolitical realities and a program-targeted approach to its formation.
Sustainable transport: Main trends in Russia-China cooperation
The article discusses the main issues of implementing sustainable transport concept in Eurasian region as trend in Russia – China cooperation, especially on railway transport. Digitalization of the transport industry, use of Industry 4.0 technology became main drivers of transport and infrastructure ecosystem development. But at the current stage it is a way to provide for sustainable transport policy realization. Russia – China cooperation in transport and logistics has its issues, especially in the field of legal regulation, it is tough to broaden technologies of Industry 4.0 implementation. Rules of technical exploitation on railway do not provide for safe use of such technology on current intellectual transport ecosystems. Sustainable transport conception needs creation of regional experiment- based type of legal rules, designed in the frames of such integrational unions as EAEU - China. At the current stage of IT services on transport regulation Chinese and European legislation can be used as a model. Without effective legislative framework for sustainable transport cooperation with China transport ecosystems competitiveness of Russian railroad industry could not be grown to provide for national technological sovereignty.
Biodegradable Cell Microcarriers Based on Chitosan/Polyester Graft-Copolymers
Self-stabilizing biodegradable microcarriers were produced via an oil/water solvent evaporation technique using amphiphilic chitosan-g-polyester copolymers as a core material in oil phase without the addition of any emulsifier in aqueous phase. The total yield of the copolymer-based microparticles reached up to 79 wt. %, which is comparable to a yield achievable using traditional emulsifiers. The kinetics of microparticle self-stabilization, monitored during their process, were correlated to the migration of hydrophilic copolymer’s moieties to the oil/water interface. With a favorable surface/volume ratio and the presence of bioadhesive natural fragments anchored to their surface, the performance of these novel microcarriers has been highlighted by evaluating cell morphology and proliferation within a week of cell cultivation in vitro.
Peculiarity and functionality of the digital educational ecosystem for transport and logistics
The article presents the results and interpretation thereof of a study of the transport education transformation as a digital educational ecosystem in the context of the global digitalization processes, the strategy of the state, intellectual priorities for transport and logistics, the market demands. Certain potential innovative forms of modern education are suggested, namely the combined use of university educational resources and employer’s materials and technical resources. They are studied on the example of the first Russian transport engineering higher education institution, Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University (PGUPS), where their ongoing implementations are called ‘Innovative site for international educational programmes of proactive training of high-speed railway personnel’, ‘Network University’.
SaaS in digital ecosystem of smart priorities for transport and logistics
The objective of the article is to provide an analytical overview of the various aspects of the development and implementation of Saas services in the development of a digital ecosystem of smart priorities for transport and logistics as of March 2023, including an analysis of the industry needs for their further development and effectiveness of their use in the context of new geopolitical challenges. Methods: The work applies the method of analytical review of the state of the Russian market of SaaS technologies, the peculiarities of the development of national digital services in the field of logistics, and ways to improve the efficiency of their application.
Logistics trends in the sustainable development of the Eurasian region
The study considers the relevance of logistics trends in the sustainable development of the Eurasian region, because due to the changed geopolitical situation there is currently the formation of a new paradigm of transport and logistics ecosystem development. The paper uses methods of analysis, synthesis, as well as comparative-legal and formal-legal methods and others that allow us to study the problem of sustainable development of transport and logistics sphere from the perspective of modern science, taking into account socio-economic trends. The proposed integrated approach allows, based on the obtained data, to give recommendations for improving the efficiency of transport and logistics complex, taking into account the regionalization of international relations, including the formation of new approaches to ensure sustainable development of the Eurasian region.
School of Engineering Entrepreneurship as a driver of the development of a digital educational ecosystem for transport and logistics
The article substantiates the relevance and practical significance of the transition of the educational system from traditional to fundamentally new forms that integrate into the digital ecosystem, taking into account global trends in digitalization, the provisions of the state strategy of the digital economy, intellectual priorities of sectoral development. The article reflects the conceptual foundations of the development and implementation of an innovative educational model – the School of Engineering Entrepreneurship (SEE) – created by the team of the first engineering transport university of Russia – the St. Petersburg State University of Railways of Emperor Alexander I (PSUREA). The result of a comprehensive analysis of the already implemented stages of the activities of the SEE, the characteristics of the project directions are presented.
Digital logistics platforms as a current trend to ensure the transport competitiveness of the state on the example of China's LOGINK platform
The article discusses current trends in the development of digital logistics platforms, changes in international legal regulation of the transport and logistics industry to create a regulatory framework governing the functioning of logistics platforms, China's experience in creating a logistics platform LOGINK, as well as the impact of digitalization processes and anti-globalization sentiment in the global economy on the formation of new trends in the regulation of cross-border logistics. The analysis of Chinese experience in creating an international digital logistics platform LOGINK allows us to identify best practices and adopt successful experience of digitalization of cross-border logistics to increase the resilience of the Russian transport and logistics ec to external geopolitical challenges and the formation of a digital logistics ecosystem within the EAEU. In the context of digitalization and automation of processes, the rupture of Russian-European logistics routes, strengthening of international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, modernization of international legal regulation of transport and logistics cooperation is required in order to create and implement a unified digital platform to fully ensure the 5th level logistics provider, to create a standard of international electronic document management and electronic consignment note.
Industry 4.0 technologies as a driver of intelligent transport systems development
The paper dicusses cutting-edge technologies for Industry 4.0 as the drivers of digitalization of transport and logistics ecosystems. It also analyzes these technologies in their practical implications for improving the efficiency of the industry and their alignment with intellectual priorities of digital economy development at both national and international levels. The article provides an analytical review of the current state and digital transformation of the transport and logistics industry, including the introduction of new digital technologies Industry 4.0, taking into account the existing geopolitical agenda.
