The Impact of Leadership in Promoting Green Management Practices
This study examines the role of leadership in promoting green management practices at Northern Borders University. The aim is to understand the role of leadership in enhancing green management practices at Northern Borders University. A survey methodology was used to collect data through a questionnaire from a sample of 211 employees holding leadership positions at Northern Borders University. The results showed a positive relationship between leadership styles and green management practices. The study recommends enhancing transformative leadership styles and providing training on green management practices.
The Impact of Applying Organizational Learning on Developing Employees' Leadership Skills
This study provides important insights into the significance of organizational learning in developing leadership skills, which can contribute to enhancing institutional performance at Northern Borders University. The study aims to explore the impact of implementing organizational learning on the development of employees' leadership skills at Northern Borders University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A descriptive analytical methodology was employed, where data were collected from a random sample of university employees. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, consisting of both closed and open- ended questions to measure the level of organizational learning application and leadership skills among participants. The results showed a strong positive relationship between the application of organizational learning and the development of employees' leadership skills. The study also confirmed that a supportive learning environment and increased training opportunities lead to improved leadership skills, positively reflecting on job performance.
