Evaluation of Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) in Patients with Mood Disorders: A Multicenter Trial across China
2014
The aim of this study was to test the ability of the Chinese version of the Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) to identify Bipolar Disorders (BD) in patients diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) or Unipolar Disorder (UD) in the clinical setting.
1,487 being treated for MDD or UD at 12 mental health centers across China, completed the MDQ and subsequently examined by the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI). Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC) curves were used to determine the ability of the MDQ to differentiate between BD (BD, BD-I and BD-II) and MDD or UD and patients with BD-I from patients with BD-II.
Of the 1,487 patients, 309 (20.8%) satisfied the DSM-IV criteria for BD: 118 (7.9%) for BD-I and 191 (12.8%) for BD-II. When only part one of the MDQ was used, the best cutoff was 7 between BD and UD (sensitivity 0.66, specificity 0.88, positive predictive value 0.59, negative predictive value 0.91), 6 between BD-II and UD, and 10 between BD-I and BD-II. If all three parts of the MDQ were used, the MDQ could not distinguish between BD and UD at a cutoff of 7 (or 6), and the sensitivity was only 0.22 (or 0.24).
The Chinese version of the MDQ had good psychometric features in screening bipolar disorders from depressive patients with mood disorders when part two and part three of the MDQ were ignored.

Spatiotemporal evolution of seismicity during the cyclic operation of the Hutubi underground gas storage, Xinjiang, China
2022
Underground gas storages (UGSs) are important large-scale industrial facilities used to bridge the gap between natural gas consumption and supply. The cyclic operation of the UGS may alter the subsurface stresses and local seismicity. We examined seismicity around the Hutubi UGS from 2011 to 2019 using the matched filter technique (MFT) and double-difference location methods. More than 1300 earthquakes were detected with seismicity around the UGS showing a remarkable increase since the start of its operation and showing a clear correlation to seasonal gas production. About 684 detected earthquakes were located, most of them occurred within 6 km of the reservoir. The events can be grouped into two clusters. Both clusters initiated around the gas pressure boundary. The first cluster extinct after the first injection period. While the second cluster diffused upward along a pre-existing fault. We speculate that strain localization caused by non-uniform gas injection contributes to the initiation of seismicity clusters around the UGS, and the trapped crude oil/gas played an important role in the migration of the second surge. The revealed seismicity pattern contributes to a better understanding of the mechanism of induced seismic events and emphasizes the importance of seismic monitoring in the UGS region.

Influence of Voltage on the Biological Performance of Micro-Arc Oxide Films Based on TC4 Titanium Alloy
2016
The porous ceramic biologic films were prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V (TC4) with micro-arc oxidation technology (MAO). The phase composition, microstructure and valence state of micro-arc oxide films were studied. The biological properties of the ceramic film were comprehensive evaluated through animal experiments. Results show that with increasing of the micro-arc oxidation voltage, the better biocompatible hydroxyapatite appears on the surface of titanium alloy (TC4). The high voltage promotes the surface pore size enlarge. The porous ceramic surface makes bone tissue early grow up. Pathological sections of bone tissue 24 w animal experiments indicates that the implants can form good biological combination with bone, no rejection and the higher the micro-arc oxidation voltage, the more new bone cells.

Effect of Thermal Oxidation Temperature on the Properties of Micro-Arc Oxidation Ceramic Coating on TC4 Alloy
2016
The effect of thermal oxidation temperature on the properties of MAO ceramic coating was investigated, The phase composition and surface morphology of composite oxidation coating were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The micro-hardness of composite oxidation coating were tested by micro hardness tester. The results shown that the composite oxidation coating consists of rutile, anatase Ti and HA. With the thermal oxidation temperature increasing, the micro-hardness of composite oxidation coatings were improved, but when the thermal oxidation temperature rose from 600 °C to 700 °C, the micro-hardness of coating dropped from 575 HV to 505 HV. With the thermal oxidation temperature increasing, the numbers of micro-porous on coating surface was decreased , and the composite oxidation coating became more density.
