Social workers are an important part of the efforts to combat intellectual deviation among young people in many countries, including Saudi Arabia. Therefore, this study was conducted on 102 social workers to examine the social worker's actual role (the practitioner) in protecting university students from the dangers of intellectual deviation by identifying the actual practice roles and the challenges they face in three public universities in Saudi Arabia. The study concluded that social workers play many roles to protect students from intellectual deviation, the most important of which is to develop critical thinking among students to think soundly. Nevertheless, the results also indicate that training female students on cultural openness and interest in consolidating identity was one of the least practiced roles in this field. The social worker faces many obstacles in exercising the preventive role, the most important of which is the lack of a media plan to clarify the role of the university social worker in protecting female students from the dangers of intellectual deviation. The second obstacle is the social workers' lack of sufficient skill in changing students' ideas and concepts. In addition, to the students' lack of awareness of the nature of the role played by the social worker when practicing the preventive approach to confront intellectual extremism. The study suggests focusing on cultural sensitivity in exercising the preventive role in combating intellectual extremism among young people and presenting several strategies that contribute to the development of social work in this field.

يعد الانتماء نوعا من الارتباط النفسي والاجتماعي، والانتماء شعور معنوي، أما الولاء فإنه فعل عملي، من الممكن أن يصل أحيانا إلى حد التضحية بالنفس. صاحب الانفتاح الثقافي العديد من التحديات، فكما كان له جوانب إيجابية كثيرة، كان له جوانب سلبية أكثر، ولابد من التصدي لهذه السلبيات ومعالجتها. تتناول الدراسة نموذجا لآثار الانفتاح الثقافي، وهو الإعلام الإسرائيلي الموجه للعرب، والدور الذي يلعبه أفيخاي أدرعي المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي، والدور السلبي الذي يلعبه من خلال صفحته، وأثر ذلك على قيمتي الانتماء والولاء. وبناء على ما سبق تنقسم الدراسة إلى محورين المحور الأول يتناول التعريف بقيم الولاء والانتماء، ومفهوم الانفتاح الثقافي وتحدياته. ويتناول المحور الثاني الإعلام الإسرائيلي الموجه للعرب وآثاره على قيمتي الانتماء والولاء وسنتناول أفيخاي أدرعي نموذجا من خلال عرض أهداف صفحته واستراتيجياته في إدارة الصفحة والدور الذي لعبه أثناء طوفان الأقصى وأثر صفحته على متابعيه. وأخيراً تتناول الدراسة آليات مجابهة خطر الانفتاح الثقافي على الصفحات الإسرائيلية الموجهة.

المحور الأول: (الإطار العام للدراسة)، وقد تضمن: المقدمة، ومشكلة الدراسة، وأسئلة الدراسة، وأهداف الدراسة، وأهميتها، ومنهج الدراسة، وحدود الدراسة، ومصطلحات الدراسة، والدراسات السابقة والتعقيب عليها. المحور الثاني: ترشيد الانفتاح الثقافي من المنظور الإسلامي. المحور الثالث: ضوابط الانفتاح الثقافي من منظور التربية الإسلامية. أهم النتائج: ١. أن ترشيد الانفتاح الثقافي لا يعني الذوبان في الثقافات الأخرى، أو الانغلاق دونها، بل الاستفادة منها مع المحافظة على الهوية الإسلامية. 2. ضوابط الانفتاح الثقافي تمثل جانيا وقائيا في التربية الإسلامية؛ حيث تحمى من الوقوع في الانحرافات والرذائل الخلقية.

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع \"الصراعات الثقافية الناتجة عن العولمة الرقمية\" وتأثيرها على \"الأمن الأسري في المجتمعات العربية\"، في ظل التحولات السريعة التي فرضتها الثورة الرقمية والانفتاح الثقافي العالمي. تواجه الأسرة العربية تحديات عميقة تمس بنيتها القيمية والاجتماعية، نتيجة تدفق مضامين ثقافية متعددة ومتضاربة عبر المنصات الرقمية، مما أدى إلى بروز فجوات بين الأجيال، وخلل في المرجعيات التربوية، وتفاوت في أنماط التلقي والتفاعل مع القيم. يسعى البحث إلى تحليل طبيعة هذه الصراعات، ومدى تأثيرها على العلاقات الأسرية ومنظومة القيم الداخلية، مع التركيز على مظاهر الخلل في الأمن الأسري التي تفرزها هذه التحولات. كما يعتمد البحث على منهج اجتماعي تحليلي لفهم أبعاد هذه التغيرات، وتقديم رؤية علمية تسهم في دعم استقرار الأسرة العربية في ظل العولمة الرقمية.

Over the past few decades, cities' identities have been subjected to dramatic global influences, the rapid modernization have transformed and internationalized cultures, and planning ideologies which affected the spatial development and consequence, the urban visual identity. However, within the need of homogeneity, and the \"call to difference\", globalization/ nationalism discourse is becoming the difficult dialectical synthesis of national identity and modernity. whereas architecture does not operate only on the local level, but also on the global through the work and creations of celebrity architects among other factors, thus, those architects or architects who seek to have such status through iconic designs tend to have global rather than local perspectives. As a result, architecture is increasingly becoming a message of global abstract culture rather than being cultural element of stability for the local. The aim of this paper is to look at the visual identity of urban in new capital cities and how they change under the impact of globalization, city centers of Dubai, Brasilia, Doha, and New Capital Cairo have been chosen as cases to be studied because they have been significantly shaped particularly with regard to contemporary planning policies, reflecting the needs and modern outlook of contemporary architecture. Moreover, this research paper focuses on the problems of urban/ architecture visual identity and the trends of its expression by urban/ architectural tools, examines the formation of identity as a construct and indirect form of architecture, the phenomena of globalization and pastiche of local styles, and analyzes the discourses of identity between globalization and nationalism.

This study examines the status of Moroccan working women by highlighting the achievements in legislation and public policies alongside the persistent challenges that hinder their full integration into the labor market. The author explains that legal reforms since the early 2000s, notably the Family Code and Labor Code, have enhanced women's economic and social rights and improved their access to education and employment. However, the practical reality reveals a gap between laws and implementation, as women continue to face challenges such as wage discrimination, limited protection from harassment, restricted access to leadership positions, and insufficient measures to reconcile professional and family responsibilities. The paper also analyzes the impact of economic and social transformations, noting that globalization and the shift toward a market economy have opened new opportunities while simultaneously increasing the vulnerability of certain groups, particularly women in the informal sector. Public policies and empowerment programs are assessed as significant yet limited in impact due to poor coordination and weak monitoring. The study concludes that empowering Moroccan working women requires structural reforms in education and training, stricter enforcement of professional equality, and expanded social support networks to ensure their effective and sustainable contribution to national development. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة دور العولمة الثقافية في بلورة وتشكل ثقافة استهلاكية في المجتمع الجزائري، وهو ما يعتبر من الآثار والانعكاسات المترتبة عن الانفتاح الثقافي، إن التحدي اليوم في بلادنا هو في كيفية تحقيق توازن سوسيواقتصادي وهي المقاربة المنتهجة في الجزائر من خلال وضع استراتيجيات اجتماعية واقتصادية تهدف بالأساس إلى العقلانية في الاستهلاك وتشكيل وبلورة وعي اجتماعي للوقاية والحد من الانتشار المتسارع للنزعة الاستهلاكية لدى العديد من الأسر الجزائرية.
