Culture is a critical factor for human development, welfare, democracy, peace and security. However, the integration of culture in the development processes is still debatable. Theoretically, culture has been widely recognized as integral part of socio economic development, but practically, it is not sufficiently and consistently incorporated in development processes and, in turn, it is still an immeasurable development variable. The main purpose of this research is to address culture in its relationship with development. This relationship is addressed from two perspectives, an observational and analytical perspective and a computational perspective. Analytically, the researchers try to answer key question which is why culture integration in development processes is problematic? In this regard the researchers conduct a brief review of the path towards integrating culture in development and the position of culture on the agenda of the international community from the 1960s to the present. Computationally, the researchers try to answer another key question which is how culture could be integrated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The researchers propose the Social Network Analysis (SNA) as practical tool to monitor the linkages between cultural indicators and the SDGs indicators and to highlight the SDGs that are most influenced by culture.

نهض هذا البحث إلى دراسة التكامل الثقافي في رثاء الحضارات بأبعاده الوطنية، والقومية، والإنسانية في سينية شوقي، وتناول بالدراسة بنية النص الفنية، وأدوات التشكيل، من حيث تأسيس الموضوع، والتماسك النصي، والتشكيل الدلالي، والانسجام الموسيقي. ثم تسليط الضوء على التناص والمرجعيات الخارجية للنص، تم فيه رصد بعض مظاهر التأثر الحضاري في سينية شوقي، من مثل: الإدارة الحكيمة، والبيان والإدارة، والقلم والكتاب، ومصطلحات إدارية متداخلة المفاهيم، ومعمار القصور وهيبة الدولة، والتتابع المأساوي، والأفول الحضاري.

This study dives into the crucial role of cultural integration in language learning. Despite its significance, cultural integration often doesn't get the attention it deserves. This descriptive study takes a close look at both the theoretical and practical aspects of cultural integration, shining a light on its pivotal role in effective language learning and communication. We draw inspiration from the works of leading scholars and recent research findings to paint a comprehensive picture of cultural integration. We explore its concepts, theories, and practical implications. The discussion delves into the layers of culture, emphasizing the interplay between surface and deep culture, as well as declarative, procedural, and conditioned cultural knowledge. Theoretical frameworks, like the Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) model and Sociocultural Theory, help us see why culture is so crucial in language learning and communication. Moving into the practical side, the study shares strategies for seamlessly integrating culture into language education. We highlight the importance of authenticity, learner engagement, and critical reflection. The study also recognizes the challenges in cultural integration, such as time constraints, resource limitations, and diverse language proficiency levels. We offer concrete recommendations to tackle these challenges and make cultural integration work effectively in language education. The study wraps up by stressing the critical role of culture in language learning and communication. It calls for a holistic approach to language education that prioritizes cultural integration, empowering learners to develop the intercultural competence needed to thrive in an increasingly globalized world.

يؤدي الإعلام بوسائله التقليدية والحديثة دوراً هاماً في تشكيل البنية الاجتماعية والثقافية والأخلاقية للمجتمع من خلال تثبيت القيم والمبادئ والاتجاهات، والمحافظة عليها وفتح المجال لتبادل الأفكار والمشاركة في برامج وحوارات متنوعة من بينها المواضيع الرياضية التي شكلت لنفسها جمهوراً خاصا يتماشى والتطور التكنولوجي. هذا الاهتمام بالمجال الرياضي في وسائل الإعلام الحديثة يلامس مختلف شرائح المجتمع بما فيها الطفل باعتباره النشء الصاعد الذي وجب الحفاظ على جسمه السليم بتفعيل الممارسة الرياضية في عقله السليم من خلال تعزيز الثقافة الرياضة. لذا جاء الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على دور وسائل الإعلام وتقنياته الحديثة في غرز ثقافة الممارسة الرياضية لدى الطفل عن طريق الأجهزة الرقمية، والألعاب الإلكترونية على التطبيقات الشبكية.
