The Emergence of Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurship in Algeria
This exploratory study examines how the cosmetics sector can promote the emergence of pharmaceutical entrepreneurship in Algeria, focusing on the start-up \"IMENIUM BIO\", based in the Mascara province and specializing in natural cosmetics. It uses a qualitative approach based on interviews with the company's director and an analysis of information from its official website. The study highlights the importance of scientific capital, investment in R&D and artificial intelligence in stimulating innovation. The conclusion highlights the importance of adopting incentive policies and developing training programs for students in the health sciences, as well as encouraging research into local medicinal plants, which represent an opportunity for economic diversification. By embarking on these initiatives, Algeria could not only revitalize its pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors but also diversify its economy, moving away from its dependence on hydrocarbons.

متطلبات الحوكمة الصحية كآلية للنهوض بالقطاع الصحي في الجزائر
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم المشاكل التي يعاني منها القطاع الصحي الجزائري، وكذا كيفية تجاوزها من خلال تبني الحوكمة الصحية بمختلف مبادئها وأسسها والفواعل المتدخلة في تحقيقها، كما تهدف الدراسة أيضا إلى تبيان العقبات أو المشاكل التي تعترض عملية حوكمة القطاع الصحي، خاصة مع التحديات الصحية والاجتماعية الملحة التي أصبحت تستدعي تركيز الجهود أكثر لتحقيق نتائج أفضل من حيث الرعاية الصحية المقدمة، الأمر الذي يتطلب المزيد من الاهتمام والتوجه نحو تحقيق تنمية صحية مستدامة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن حوكمة القطاع الصحي تحتاج إلى توافر المقومات والأطر القانونية والمؤسسية المناسبة، إضافة إلى الانطلاق من دراسة تشخيصية للكشف عن حقيقة الوضع الذي يعيشه هذا القطاع، من أجل بلوغ أهداف الحوكمة الصحية في وضع سياسات صحية رشيدة ترقى بمستوى أداء المنظومة الصحية الجزائرية.

Evaluation du Coût de Prise en Charge Chirurgicale d'une Pathologie de Moyenne Complexité en Projet de la Contractualisation des Hôpitaux
La problématique de cette présente étude s'articule autour de l'intégration des procédés servant à l'évaluation et la gestion des coûts produits par les établissements hospitaliers publics dans le projet de contractualisation entre les bailleurs de fonds ; les prestataires et les consommateurs de service. Le mode d'organisation de l'institution publique hospitalière Algérienne est-il en mesure d'adopter les outils et méthodes de gestion modernes propres au management hospitalier. Pour concrétiser le projet de la contractualisation avec les différents partenaires du système de santé ; Il s'agit à travers cette étude de présenter un modèle d'évaluation du coût de prise en charge en milieu chirurgical, en procédant avec la méthode des sections homogènes et quelques indicateurs de mesure comptable utilisés dans la méthode Activity Based Costing (A.B.C).

The Role of Health Care in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals
This study analyzes healthcare services as essential for sustainable development, focusing on present-day needs and the health crisis's impact. It explores emerging concepts like telehealth, demonstrating technology's role in addressing healthcare demands. The research investigates the definition of healthcare, its inherent challenges, and its interrelation with other relevant concepts. Furthermore, it examines the historical trajectory and developmental context of healthcare. A key finding highlights Algeria's struggle with limited healthcare funding and inadequate service provision, negatively impacting development. Consequently, the study advocates for prioritizing basic healthcare resources, enhancing healthcare personnel training and capacity, and promoting research to improve healthcare services. This includes ensuring access to essential care, strengthening infrastructure, and supporting ongoing advancements within the healthcare sector to achieve sustainable development goals.

This research paper aims to identify the concept of e-health service quality and the obstacles to its application in Algeria. The quality of health service has become important as customer expectations evolve. The electronic health service has also become necessary, especially after the Corona Virus pandemic. Many requirements must be provided to achieve an electronic health service, but this is directed by many difficulties, the most important of which is resistance to organizational change.

التمكين الوظيفي للمرضين كمدخل لتحسين جودة حياة العمل
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التمكين الوظيفي وجودة حياة العمل لدى الممرضين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بعنابة، وكذلك التعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستويات التمكين الوظيفي وجودة حياة العمل تبعا لاختلاف الجنس، وللإجابة على فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام مقياس التمكين الوظيفي ومقياس جودة حياة العمل، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 130 ممرض وممرضة، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين التمكين الوظيفي وجودة الحياة العمل كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في مستوى التمكين الوظيفي تبعا لإخلاف الجنس.
