الهدف: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير التحول الرقمي على الأداء المالي (العائد على الأصول، العائد على الملكية، ربح السهم، الربح التشغيلي، حجم الشركة) لشركات الأدوية في السعودية، مع التركيز على دور عمر الشركة كمتغير حاكم. المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والأسلوب الكمي، مستخدمة بيانات ثانوية من ۱۰ شركات أدوية سعودية خلال الفترة من ۲۰۱٤ إلى ۲۰۲٤. تم قياس التحول الرقمي عبر مصروفات البحث والتطوير، بينما تم تقييم الأداء المالي باستخدام العائد على الأصول، والعائد على الملكية، وربح السهم، والربح التشغيلي، وحجم الشركة. استخدمت الدراسة أساليب الانحدار المتعدد، بما في ذلك نماذج التأثير الثابت والعشوائي. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين التحول الرقمي والأداء المالي، خاصة في العائد على الملكية، مع عدم إثبات علاقة واضحة مع العائد على الأصول. كما أشار البحث إلى أن عمر الشركة يؤثر على هذه العلاقة، حيث تتمتع الشركات الأكبر عمرًا بميزة تنافسية. تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية الاستثمار الاستراتيجي في التحول الرقمي لتحقيق نتائج مالية مستدامة.

Manuscript patrimony represents a civilizational and cultural heritage that links previous, present and coming generations. Algeria is considered one of the rich countries in this cultural heritage, especially in the Eastern Sahara region, where there are several informal centers containing Zawaya and safes filled with many precious and rare manuscripts. In view of the material, scientific and historical value of the manuscript heritage in this region, the Algerian state redoubled its efforts to protect and value it by establishing a national center for manuscripts in the province of Adrar. This initiative has received great acclaim in the region, especially in light of the technological developments that necessitate special care for this written heritage to protect it from disappearance and vanishment via digitizing it and converting it from a scientific material sitting on the shelves of safes into a scientific material available to the audience. Hence came this study, which aims to shed light on the experience of the National Center for Manuscripts in Adrar in digitizing the manuscript heritage that this institution comprises, with a focus on the adopted methods of digitization, as well as the digital preservation tools used, touching on the obstacles and difficulties that prevent manuscripts from being made available on the center's website.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التحول الرقمي في الجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (۹۷) من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية من خمس جامعات موزعة جغرافيا في الضفة الغربية. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن واقع التحول الرقمي في الجامعات بأبعادها الأربعة جاءت بدرجات مرتفعة، وعن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع التحول الرقمي تبعا لمتغير الدورات التدريبية الرقمية، وعن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع التحول الرقمي تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والوحدات الإدارية. واختتمت الدراسة بضرورة نشر الثقافة الرقمية من خلال نشر ميثاق أخلاقي للتعامل مع التحول الرقمي في الإدارة، والاهتمام بالدعم المؤسسي للتحول الرقمي في الجامعات من خلال الاهتمام بالتطوير والإبداع المستمر، بالإضافة إلى الاستفادة من التجارب العالمية في مجال التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات التعليمية ونقل خبراتها بما يتناسب مع مجتمعاتنا.

This study aims to illuminate the core principles that underlie the digitization of the healthcare sector, a critical arena for countries seeking to advance their healthcare institutions and elevate service quality. Digitization, with its precision in health data, emerges as a vital tool for regulatory bodies to exert a degree of control over normal health scenarios and particularly during health crises. The study uncovers the strides taken by certain Arab nations, notably Qatar, in realizing digitization objectives. The findings underscore the presence of well-defined standards for implementing the digitization strategy in Qatar's healthcare sector. These standards encompass the adoption of a digital national health card for patients, the alignment of sector-specific methods with prevailing global digitization trends and a dedicated emphasis on monitoring and research to foster development and competition within both private and public healthcare sectors.
