يتناول الكتاب حيث يغطي عصر النهضة في أوروبا حقبة زمنية تمتد بين القرنين الخامس عشر والسابع عشر، ميزتها حركة النهضة، وطبعتها بطابعها الخاص، وقد وردت النهضة التي ميزت هذه الحقبة، وحددت خصائصها بمعنيين : المعنى الأول ؛ ويفيد بأن النهضة تعني : (الميلاد الجديد)، الذي يتمدد نطاقه على حد تأكيد الشاعر الفرنسي رابليه في (إحياء الأدب الرفيع)، وتباهى المفكر إيراسمس في مقدمة كتابه (الحكم) بأنه صاحب الفضل في احتضان الآداب التي راحت تولد من جديد بعد أن كانت، سيشمل أيضا الفنون الأخرى، حتى إن ميكاثيللي مطمورة في كالح دياجير الهمجية المديدة، ولكن الميلاد الجديد أيضا في ختام رسالته (في الحرب)، يطمئن الشباب، ويطلب منهم عدم الخضوع لليأس، لأن إيطاليا كلها منشغلة بإعادة الحياة من جديد إلى الأشياء الميتة؛ لا سيما الشعر والتصوير والكتابة.

Legitimate Rules for Investing in Islamic Economic Thought
Investment plays an important role in determining the macroeconomic variables of production and employment, so the concept of investment from the point of view of Islamic economic thought and a statement of the most important standards and rules that guide the behavior of the Islamic investor which confirms the fact that Islam does not separate the values and the principles from the concept of investment, until the purposes of Islamic Sharia are realized from the investment process and thus achieving the overall well-being of the individual and the individuals and achieve social and economic growth and stability, which is not available in the positive economic doctrines, which was based on the separation between the values and principles and the world investment. The economic approach in Islamic thought has made investment clear on the basis of developing and preserving money, prohibiting investment operations based on usury, preventing hoarding, and achieving optimal employment of economic activity in a way that achieves economic prosperity. Therefore, the investment limits according to the Islamic economic approach are a set of legal rulings that guarantee the existence of economic activity in general and investment in particular, based on tight and solid economic, social and moral rules and foundations.

Pragmatic Trends in Arabic and English Education Thought A Contrastive Study
The study aimed to identify the pragmatic trends between Arabic and English thought, where the study presents the historical origins of pragmatism, the principles of pragmatic philosophy, the foundations of pragmatic philosophy, and the detection of some educational applications of pragmatic philosophy in terms of: (objectives - curriculum - teacher - learner - Calendar - Teaching Methods). And the differences between pragmatism in Arabic and English thought, and take advantage of this contradiction to come up with some results that contribute to the benefit of pragmatism thought in school education. In the light of what the study aims to rely on the inductive and descriptive analytical approach to find out the differences between pragmatism in Arabic and English thought, and benefit from them educationally when setting educational goals, and the curricula leading to it, and what may benefit the teacher and the learner, and the diversification of assessment methods, and teaching methods provided to the students.

The Arbitrariness of the Sign in Linguistics and the Arabic Linguistic Heritage
The linguistic sign is a fundamental concept in modern linguistics, introduced by Ferdinand de Saussure, who argued that the relationship between the signifier (word or sound) and the signified (meaning) is arbitrary, relying on social convention rather than a natural connection. This marked a significant shift in linguistic thought, viewing language as a mental and social system rather than a direct reflection of reality. In the Arabic linguistic tradition, although the concept was not expressed in the same terms, scholars explored similar questions about the origin of language. Some believed language was divinely revealed, while others saw it as a result of human convention and agreement. This indicates an awareness of the possibility that the link between word and meaning is not essential and can change. Such perspectives provide a basis for comparing Saussure's theory with traditional Arabic views. Through this comparison, we can identify both convergences and divergences between modern Western linguistic theory and Arabic intellectual traditions, shedding light on their philosophical reflections on language and meaning.
