In recent years, the rapidly changing landscape of society and the economy has compelled organizations to adapt and innovate. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have seen significant advancements in hardware and software. However, many companies within the ICT sector often overlook the need to infuse innovation into areas beyond ICT development and infrastructure. This study evaluates the innovation capabilities of medium-sized enterprises providing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) in Medellín, Colombia. Utilizing a structural equation model, the study examined causal variables related to competitiveness and innovation capacity. Of the 42 variables considered, seven, including corporate branding evaluation, sustainable development, and improvisation capability, showed results below the normal threshold. The ICT sector, focused on the development and provision of technological and Industry 4.0-related services, continuously evolves. This model contributes to assessing and achieving that objective.

Time-like Graphical Models
The author studies continuous processes indexed by a special family of graphs. Processes indexed by vertices of graphs are known as probabilistic graphical models. In 2011, Burdzy and Pal proposed a continuous version of graphical models indexed by graphs with an embedded time structure-- so-called time-like graphs. The author extends the notion of time-like graphs and finds properties of processes indexed by them. In particular, the author solves the conjecture of uniqueness of the distribution for the process indexed by graphs with infinite number of vertices. The author provides a new result showing the stochastic heat equation as a limit of the sequence of natural Brownian motions on time-like graphs. In addition, the author's treatment of time-like graphical models reveals connections to Markov random fields, martingales indexed by directed sets and branching Markov processes.
25 years of 22 minutes : an unauthorized oral history of this hour has 22 minutes, as told by cast members, staff, and guests
\"The final chaotic season of Codco had just wrapped when Mary Walsh sat down at a Toronto bistro with George Anthony, then creative head of CBC TV's arts programming. She'd been thinking about a news-based comedy show-did he think that would fly? He did. That was the early '90s. Twenty-five seasons later, hundreds of thousands of Canadians continue to tune in weekly to This Hour Has 22 Minutes for its unashamedly Canadian, bitingly satirical take on politics and power. 25 Years of 22 Minutes takes readers backstage to hear first-hand accounts of the show's key moments-in the words of the writers, producers, and cast members who were there. Readers will have a front-row seat to the birth of the show-including a crisis that had producers scrambling in the very first episode-and an insider's take on the highs, the lows and the daily grind behind the scenes at 22 Minutes.\"-- Provided by publisher.
This study is about Franz Kafka’s artistic facet. It explores the knowledge that the author possessed about this subject. For that purpose, this research focuses on the analysis of one of his drawings, Goethe’s Garden House, in The star, in Ilm Park, in Weimar. Before addressing the central point of the text, it is noted that Kafka knew about Art History, that he interacted with artists, that he had a huge inclination for the plastic arts and that he took drawing lessons. Goethe is mentioned (Italienische Reise) as the model present in Kafka in his Reisetagebücher. It is remarked in this study the emotional state in which Kafka was when making the previously mentioned drawing.
The subject of this article is child recognition in Cuenca during the second half of the 19th century. Such acknowledgment entails a two-way process involving the acknowledgers (fathers) and the acknowledged (sons and daughters) in two clearly differentiated contexts: the family and society, with specific moral and economic implications. This study analyzes acknowledgment documents and wills executed in the city.
