Precariousness of working activity among professional psychologists
This article recovers theoretical operators considered crucial for the approach to the precariousness of work activity. Such operators configure the evolution movement of the concept of dirty work, to the concept of precarious work. This critical evaluation is based on the argument that the process of precariousness is not restricted to external aspects, related to the conditions of professional practice, conditions that can be sanitized, but also encompass aspects related to the dynamics that is necessarily established between the individual-worker and his/her professional gender, through his work collective. From these theoretical operators, the conditions of professional exercise of Brazilian Psychology are analyzed, in order to pro in evidence sufficient aspects to configure important indications of precariousness of such professional craft. This analysis concludes with a list of possible alternatives for the training of future professionals and the resumption of quality of life in the real work of psychologists and psychologists.
