هو كتاب في علم المنطق والعلوم الحكمية الوجودية الطبيعية والإلهية، صنفه أبو البركات هبة الله بن علي بن ملكا البغدادي أثناء اشتغاله بقراءة الكتب التي وضعها المتقدمين وكذلك مجمل التفاسير والشروح والتصانيف التي شرحها وصنفها المتأخرون في هذه العلوم، فضمنه جميع الآراء والمذاهب التي حصل عليها وحقق النظر فيها. وقسم كتابه إلى ثلاثة أقسام القسم الأول : يشتمل على العلوم المنطقية والقسم الثاني : يشتمل على العلوم الطبيعية والقسم الثالث : يشتمل على علم ما بعد الطبيعة والعلم الإلهي أما علم المنطق فيشتمل على ثمانية مقالات.
