تتناول رواية (جواهر : كلنا في الانتظار : عن قصة واقعية، حدثت ولا زالت مستمرة) والتي قامت بتأليفها ريما آل كلزل في حوالي (165) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (رواية) الرواية تتناول الأحوال السورية، وما يلاقيه أهلها من ويلات الحرب ومهانتها، من خلال أسرة تخلى عنها رجلها، وإمرأة تعاني مع أبنائها ويلات الحياة بلا عائل، وإبنة مريضة بالسرطان، ويساعدها أخيها على تجاوز هذه الأزمات، بعد أن تخلي الزوج عن مسئولياته، وتنجح في نهاية المطاف بالوصول بأبنائها إلى بر الأمان، ونجاح مبهر وتخرجهم، بمساعدة أخيها، ومساعدة الآخرين في سفر إبنتها للعلاج، وشفائها بعد معاناة مريرة مع آلام المرض.
