Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح منهج ابن رشد في عرضه للمسائل الفقهية وآراء الفقهاء فيها إذ أنه اعتمد منهجا متميزا قلما تجده في كتب الفقه الأخرى، فالباحث اتبع المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك بذكر نماذج من تلك المسائل بعد استقراء الكتاب، ولم يجرد كل المسائل، وإنما اكتفى ببعضها سلك ابن رشد منهج ذكر أسباب الخلاف، وذلك بسبب اختلاف الفقهاء في بعض القواعد الأصولية والفقهية.
