كتاب «الرومنطيقيون الألمان» هو عمل من تأليف الألمانية ريكاردا هوخ، وترجمة عبود كاسوحة، ويأتي في جزئين ضمن سلسلة بعنوان «تاريخ الأدب». في مقدمة الكتاب، كتب أندريه بابلون عام 1932، مشيرا إلى أن الكتاب لا يقتصر على تاريخ الرومنطيقية الألمانية، بل يقدم رؤى عميقة حول ازدهار البشرية وانحطاطها، ويعكس طموحات ومعاناة الشخصيات الأدبية. يتناول الجزء الأول، الذي يحتوي على 17 فصلا في 315 صفحة، جوانب متعددة من الرومنطيقية، مع التركيز على أبرز كتابها مثل الأخوان شليغل وغوته وشيلر. أما الجزء الثاني، الذي يتضمن 18 فصلا في 342 صفحة، فيتناول التصور الرومنطيقي للعالم، ويستعرض حياة شخصيات مثل برينتانو وهوفمان، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة أطباء وساسة رومنطيقيين وموضوعات أخرى. تعبر ريكاردا هوخ عن الرومنطيقية بشكل شامل، مستندة إلى تجاربها الشخصية، مما يمنح القارئ فهما عميقا لهذا المذهب الأدبي.
