يوضح الكتاب إن حرف \"القاف\" المميز اختاره الله تعالى ليكون ضمن أولى كلمات آخر كتب السماء (القرآن الكريم)، فكان مستهلها به ﴿ اقرأ ﴾ وكرره فيها ست مرات وبه استفتح المفصل من القرآن الكريم وإعتبارا بالحضور القوي الذي يسجله هذا الصوت في اللسان العربي، نظرا إلى ما يمتلكه من خصائص صوتية ومعنوية، كانت هذه الدراسة وخصوصا أن الظواهر اللغوية أهمها متعلقه إما الصوت وإما الدلالة.
