موسوعة درر الحكام هي شرح مجلة الأحكام لمؤلفها علي حيدر الرئيس الأول لمحكمة التمييز وأمين الفيتا ووزير العدلية في الدولة العثمانية ومدرس مجلة الأحكام العدلية بمدرسة الحقوق بالأستانة، وقد عربها المحامي فهمي الحسيني وقد جاءت في أربعة مجلدات كبيرة تناول الأول البيوع والإجارة والكفالة في حين خصص الثاني للحوالة والرهن والأمانات والهبة والغصب والحجر والإكراه والشفعة أما الثالث فقد عرض لكتابين كتاب الشركات وكتاب الوكالة ليفرد الرابع والأخير للصلح والإبراء والإقرار والدعوى وكذلك البينات والتحليف والقضاء.
