يتحدث الكتاب عن القواعد الرئيسية في اللغة كقواعد (الفعل والفاعل ونائب الفاعل)، لكن المطلع على واقع الحياة اليومية والطلابية يجد ضعفا كبيرا في استخدامها استخداما سليما، ولعل ذلك عائد إلى مجموعة من الأسباب منها قصر دروس النحو على الحصة المخصصة لها، واستخدام الأمثلة المبعثرة والمقطوعة عن سياق النص، وشيوع العامية بين الناس مما يجعل مراعاة قواعد النحو غير ذي جدوى، لهذا يأتي هذا الكتاب في محاولة لمساعدة المحتاجين لمثل هذه المواضيع النحوية، ولكي تكون مصدرا مهما للمبتدئين، أو غير المطلعين عليها.
