رواية موت المرابي تأليف صدر الدين عيني، ترجمة محمد علاء الدين وعبد الحفيظ يعقوب... وهي الرواية الأولى التي تمت ترجمتها إلى اللغة العربية عن اللغة الفارسية التاجيكية والمؤلف هو أحد الرواد الكبار للأدب التاجيكي المعاصر. تدور الأحداث حول مدينة بخاري ؛ تلك المدينة العريقة التي شهدت الكثير من الأحداث المثيرة في نهاية القرن الـ19 وفي بداية القرن الـ 20، حتى عم فيها الفساد وشمل تقريبًا كافة نواحي الحياة وبعد ذلك شهدت المدينة سيطرة البلاشفة الروس والكثير من الخطوب والأحداث.
