Overview
The aim of the study is to identify the level of transparency and disclosure in the Syrian organizations operating from Turkey and to achieve the objectives of the study and test their hypothesis. The theoretical study was used to identify the standards of disclosure and transparency and its concept, as well as the practical framework through designing a questionnaire that fits with the study topic and its hypotheses. The most important study results were that the Syrian humanitarian environment enjoys an average level of disclosure and transparency. Syrian civil society organizations are committed to financial and non financial disclosure in their reports. The study recommended the transformation of Syrian civil society organizations from voluntary disclosure to mandatory disclosure and contribution to the establishment of institutions working in the field of transparency.
