Overview
يعد حكم التحكيم الإلكتروني كسائر الأحكام الصادرة عن هيئات التحكيم العادية يترتب على صدوره آثارا مختلفة منها ما يتعلق بحجيته وحفظه وتنفيذ أحكامه في ساحات القضاء، ولما لهذا الموضوع من أهمية خاصة في ضوء التعديلات الجوهرية التي أجراها المشرع الأردني بقانون رقم (16) لعام 2018 فيما يخص المحكمة المختصة بدعوى البطلان وطلب الأمر بتنفيذ الحكم، فمن الملاحظ أن هذا الاختصاص قد منح لمحكمة التمييز الأردنية لتبسط رقابتها على تلك الأحكام وفي هذا البحث نبين الآثار الناجمة عن ذلك فيما يخص الحكم الإلكتروني، مع بيان الإجراءات التي بموجبها صدر هذا الحكم.
