الهدف من خلال هذا البحث هو تناول الأحكام القانونية للاسم واللقب في التشريع الجزائري وتقييمها ثم الحكم عليها من حيث الكفاية اللازمة وهل تحتاج لتعديل والمقترحات المناسبة لذلك، وقد توصلنا إلى أن المشرع أحكم النصوص القانونية المنظمة لأحكام الاسم واللقب ولكنه في حاجة إلى إدخال بعض التعديلات عليها لجعلها أكثر إفادة.
