Overview
تعتبر محاكم القضاء الإداري من المرافق العامة للدولة، التي عليها التماشي مع التطور والحداثة في كافة المجالات، وأهمها التكنولوجية، فلا بد من إسقاط مبادئ الإدارة الإلكترونية على الإجراءات الإدارية والقضائية الصادرة عن هذه المحاكم. ومن مجالات الإدارة الإلكترونية في الشأن القضائي ما يعرف بالتقاضي الإلكتروني، وهو إحدى أشكال الإدارة الإلكترونية المتعلق بالقضاء، هدفه تطوير الجهاز القضائي سواء من حيث الخدمات الإدارية أو القضائية.
