Zusammenfassung
Die Rosazea ist eine häufige, chronisch entzündliche Dermatose des Gesichts, die klinisch durch ein variables Auftreten von Erythem und Teleangiektasien, Papeln und Pusteln sowie Rhinophym gekennzeichnet ist. Im Januar 2022 erschien die aktualisierte Leitlinie zur Rosazea. Wegweisende Änderungen umfassen eine neue klinische Einteilung nach Phänotypen, erweiterte Diagnostik- sowie Therapieempfehlungen für die okuläre Rosazea und eine Darstellung des Zusammenhangs zwischen Rosazea und dem Mikrobiom des Gastrointestinaltraktes. Des Weiteren enthält die Leitlinie ein neues Kapitel über die psychosozialen Aspekte der Rosazea und detaillierte Empfehlungen zum Einsatz neu zugelassener und Off-label-Therapien.
