In the BOX trial, Kjaergaard et al. (Oct. 20 issue)

found no significant difference in the percentages of patients who died or had severe disability between those who were treated with a high (77 mm Hg) or a low (63 mm Hg) mean arterial blood-pressure target. As discussed by the authors, the clinical significance of the mean difference in mean arterial blood pressure between the two groups, at only 10.7 mm Hg, is unclear.
