Overview
目的利用meta分析的斤法系统评价p53 codon72多态性与官颈痛发病风险的关系。方法检索1998～2004年Medline、Elsevier、Evidence-Based Medicine Reviews、Ovid、中国期刊网、维普科技期刊数据库等，语种不限。并追溯检索获得的已发表文献及我们研究组未发表的文献。纳入标准：涉及p53 codon72基因型频率的独立病例对照研究，各文献研究方法相似，有综合的统计指标。剔除不符合纳入标准的，重复研究报告及数据不完整的文献。用RevMan4.2软件进行统汁分析。结果将总研究按病理组织学类型及种族和地域进行亚组分析，亚洲人群宫颈上皮内瘤样变（CIN）哑组和欧洲人群（主要为白种人）CIN亚组分析显示与其对照组无统计学差异。亚洲人群宫颈鳞癌（SCC）哑组合并OR=1.28，95％CI=1.05～1.55。欧洲人群SCC亚组合并OR=1.45，95％CI=1.08～1.95，P〈0.01，有统计学意义。结论p53 codon72 Arg／Arg基因型未能增加亚洲人群和欧洲人群官颈癌前期病变发生的危险性，但与浸润性宫颈癌发病风险有正向弱相关性。
