Overview
يسعى هذا البحث إلى تظهير حقيقة وواقع الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر، تاريخها ومراحل تطورها، وأساليبها، وتداعياتها الاجتماعية والوطنية، من خلال الوقوف عند مرحلها التاريخية، وأسبابها وأشكالها وانعكاساتها على الوقعين الاجتماعي والوطني، والتدابير المتخذة من قبل الحكومة الجزائرية للوقوف في وجهها كونها ظاهرة دولية، وتحولت لمشكلة أساسية في الجزائر، وتمثلت جهود الجزائر في التصدي للهجرة غير الشرعية داخليا وخارجيا، حيث أوجدت على الصعيد الداخلي العديد من فرص العمل من خلال إنشاء مشاريع تنموية اقتصادية للحد من الفقر والبطالة، وغيرها من التدابير، في حين عقدت على الصعيد الخارجي مع بعض الدول الأوروبية والإقليمية اتفاقات تعاون وتنسيق مشترك لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة.
