Overview
وهي تسعى لاستنزاف جميع ثروات الجزائر، أصدرت سلطات الاحتلال الفرنسي سلسلة من القوانين التعسفية منها قانون التجنيد الإجباري عام 1912 م، مستغلة عدة ظروف منها اندلاع الحرب العالمية الأولى. ورغم محتوياته الإغرائية فقد اختلفت ردود فعل الشباب الجزائري حوله: فإذا كانت أقلية منه أجبرت على الاستجابة، فإن أغلبية أبناء الجزائر أعلنت رفضها بوسائل وطرق متباينة كإرسال الوفود والعرائض وتنظيم المظاهرات والاحتجاجات وإرسال الشكاوى، فضلا عن الاختفاء والفرار والهجرة وإعلان الثورات والانتفاضات، جعلت إدارة الاحتلال تتصدى لها بالقمع والقوة.
