Overview
أولي فقهاء الشريعة عناية بالغة ببيان الأحكام الفقهية المتصلة بالمصحف الشريف وذلك في باب العبادات وغيرها من أبواب الفقه، ويتحدث هذا البحث عن أحكام فقهية في العبادات تختص بالمصحف الشريف وهي أحكام معاصرة جديدة تحتاج إلى اجتهاد فقهي ومن أهم هذه الأحكام حكم لمس المصحف الإلكتروني لغير المتوضئ وحكم كتابته لغير المتوضئ وحكم الدخول به إلى أماكن غير طاهرة وحكم القراءة منه أثناء الصلاة، ويحتوي البحث أيضا على ذات الأحكام فيما يختص بالمصحف المكتوب بطريقة برايل للمكفوفين.
