Overview
بذلك قد نكون وصلنا إلى قاعدة أساسية وهي أن لكل حدث اقتصادي يحمل في طياته مجموعة من الإيجابيات والسلبيات. ولكن يجب علينا أن نقارن بين تلك الإيجابيات والسلبيات وهل كان المجتمع مستفيد من تلك الحدث أم أنها ألقت بظلمتها على الجميع. وما هي الخطط لمواجهة هذا الحدث وهل كانت الخطط لهذا الحدث موفقة أم أننا قصّرنا سواء كان في دراسة الحدث أم التخطيط أم التنفيذ.
